LIMITED Lifetime WARRANTY
Mail Master Supplies Refilled, Remanufactured & Compatible Ink Cartridges.
Mail Master Supplies, warrants it’s Refilled, Remanufactured & Compatible ink cartridge (“Cartridge”) to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for the life of the Cartridge.
Should the Cartridge prove to be defective, return Cartridge to MMS for replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required.
Replacement cartridges will be shipped freight prepaid to all customers in the U.S. and Canada. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
MMS further warrants that the product will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the equipment for which it is intended. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, accident, modification, improper maintenance, improper storage or installation, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or damage caused by disasters such as flood, fire, lightening, or improper electrical current.
If a defect in the Cartridge causes equipment damage, MMS will reimburse the customer for the cost of service and repair of the equipment including replacement parts and labor costs.
Reimbursed service and repair costs under this limited warranty is dependent upon the customer promptly providing MMS with written evidence satisfactory to MMS that the equipment damage was due to a defect in the Cartridge. Written evidence must include a service and repair invoice along with a statement writtenon the repair service’s letterhead, dated and signed by the service company’s field service representative or other authorized agent describing the repair, and clearly stating that the Cartridge was found to be the source of the damage.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, alteration, accident or misuse (including failure to operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications) by the user.
Except as provided in this written warranty, neither MMS, it’s affiliates nor it’s parent company shall be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, including direct, incidental or inconsequential damages including lost profits, business revenue or goodwill resulting from the use of, or inability to use the Cartridge.
The customer has the legal right to enforce this limited warranty. MMS’s liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement, refund or reimbursement as provided above and does not extend to consequential damages. This limited warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other express warranties.
